Note: Usage is based on a unique contact, so regardless of how many times the same contact is analyzed, we only meter each unique contact once.
Note: The account you subscribe to TrusstGPT, in Step 2, does not have to be the same account which you enter in the form above, but the account you enter in Step 3 must be the account that you deploy TrusstGPT into during Step 4.
Before launching the stack, make sure you are logged into the AWS Management console with a user that has permissions to create IAM roles.
Following these steps will ensure a seamless deployment of TrusstGPT into your AWS account, enabling you to start leveraging the power of AI for processing customer contacts effectively. For further assistance or inquiries, please create a support case in the Trusst Customer Support Portal
Navigate to AWS Marketplace and subscribe to TrusstGPT. (please wait for Trusst AI to share AWS Private Offering before subscribing if applicable). Specify your desired plan by inputting "1" unit, which corresponds to your organization's expected volume of contacts to process with TrusstGPT.
Once subscribed via AWS Marketplace, you'll be redirected to a registration page (if you are not re-directed, please click βClick here to set up your accountβ):
Enter the primary contact details (required to associate the AWS Marketplace record) and your AWS environment specifics, including Account ID, AWS Region, and if applicable, the Amazon Connect Instance ID (automates real time transcription integration - if in same account):
Feel free to rename the stack to align to your organizations naming conventions, by modifying the βStack nameβ:
Once acknowledged you can click βSubmitβ. This will then take you to AWS CloudFormation where you can monitor the status of the deployment:
Once the stack is deployed, you will see βCREAT_COMPLETEβ in the associated stack (CDKDeploy) on the left of screen:
